What methods of payment do you accept?
All of our vehicles accept cash, debit, credit card, the University of Guelph student card, and Red Top Taxi personal and business accounts.  Customers who use the Red Top Taxi App can also register a credit card to be billed automatically for each ride.

What are your hours of operation?
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all holidays.

Can I book a trip ahead of time?
Absolutely!  You can book a taxi hours, or even days in advance.  Just call our dispatch at 519-821-1700 or book online and a cab will arrive exactly when you need it.

What happens to items forgotten in your cabs?  
If you have lost or forgotten something in one of our taxis, you can contact our dispatch at 519-821-1700.  They will send out a message to all of our vehicles to hopefully find your item.  Items that haven't been claimed by the end of a drivers' shift are given to the Guelph Police for holding.  To claim your item you must contact them at 519-824-1212.

Am I allowed to bring my pet in the cab?  
Sure thing!  We love animals and are happy to accommodate them in all our vehicles.  However, in case of allergies etc., make sure you notify our dispatcher or include it in your App booking notes so our drivers are aware your pet is coming along for the ride.
