How To Use Red Top Delivery:

​

1. Order your item(s) from your preferred store or restaurant (pre-pay if possible, or our driver can pay for your items and pass the charge on to you upon delivery).

2. Contact our dispatch at 519-821-1700 or use the Red Top Taxi App.  Let us know any details we need to pick up your items, including pickup/dropoff locations and order number (if applicable).

3. Pay the driver directly upon delivery or pay over the phone to our dispatcher.  The cost is determined by the taxi meter.  The driver will start the meter when they arrive at the pickup location and turn off the meter when they arrive at the drop off location.
